• SANLAB Collaboration with SMB TECHNICS

SMB TECHNICS and SANLAB Collaborated for the Development of Domestic Industrial Servo Motors and Drives for Moving Platform Technologies.

Important cooperation news in the Defense Industry world: SANLAB, one of Turkey´s leading technology companies, decided to use domestic technology in the 6DOF Movable Platforms developed for use in the defense and automotive industries. In this context, a strategic agreement was signed between SMB TECHNICS, the brand of AKIM METAL, which produces domestic industrial automation solutions, and SANLAB. The agreement envisages the use of domestic Industrial Servo Motors and Servo Drives in 6DOF Moving Platforms developed by SANLAB.

SANLAB founder Salih Kükrek emphasized the importance of domestic technology and production and stated that they want to meet Turkey´s needs in the fields of defense, automotive industry and education with local and national solutions. He also stated that thanks to this cooperation, Turkey will be in a more competitive position in the field of industrial automation.

Akım Metal Deputy General Manager. Ali Fazıl Böyet stated that it is an honor to use the domestic Industrial Servo Motors and Drivers they produce with this collaboration in high-tech 6DOF Moving Platforms.

With the integration of Domestic Industrial Servo Motors and Drives into 6DOF Moving Platforms, our country´s technological independence in the defense industry and education will be strengthened and dependence on abroad will decrease.
